You can tell Magic Backup to back up a particular file as soon as possible in one of two ways.

1) Locate the file on your desktop or in Windows Explorer.  Right-click on the file, Select "Magic Backup" from the context menu, then select "Backup this file as soon as possible".

2) Open Magic Backup Control Center and select the "Backed Up Files" tab and locate the file.  Right-click on the file and select "Backup this file ASAP".
